About Us

Birchfield Residential Care Home is a family run establishment and our personal involvement ensures a friendly touch to the day to day running and maintenance of our Home.

We have a very experienced Registered Manager in Emma McNeil who oversees our team of carers and domestic staff.  All shifts are supervised by one of our Senior Carers and our dedicated care staff are all qualified to  NVQ level 2 or higher.  Our experienced domestic staff ensure that the Homes high standard of cleanliness is always maintained.

We pride ourselves providing, and encouraging our staff to undertake, further training.  We ensure that they are kept up to date and refreshed with the latest information and training thus maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents at all times.
